This should definitely be fixed especially for new clients, it feels a little frustrating to have to go into the studio and explain this situation, instead of focusing on my first ride. But I don’t like loosing my money and my package for accidentally selecting multiple bikes and why would I need 3 bikes in different locations in the studio for the same class? Even if I was inviting friends other studio will stop you and ask to provide information. I can understand the cancellation policy and I totally respect. I was trying to figure out what bike to select since I have never been to soul cycle and the bar in the bottom listed 3 bikes when I tried to de-select them, it stated that I couldn’t cancel past 5 pm. I have paid $80 for classes and still have not taken 1 class and I no longer have created for any.
